Our Team

New Song identifies pastors, elders and deacons from within the church through the guidelines found in the New Testament of the Bible, primarily 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1. Additional training and ongoing coaching is provided through theology study resources and conferences. Our goal is to raise up multiple, qualified and trained men to work as a plurality of elders over the church. New Song uses the terms “pastor”, “elder”, and “overseer” interchangeably, following the description set forth in 1 Peter 5.
