Membership 2026

Hello New Song,

As we begin the year 2026 the elders/pastors invite your input on these two items and ask that they be completed by the dates listed below:

1. Annual Membership - due February 1st - If you would like to be a member of New Song, we require you to make that commitment each year. For more information please read the Membership Matters booklet (download here) and then complete the membership form here. Optionally, you may print and sign the last page and then return it to one of the elders in person on Sunday morning. Copies of the last page are also available to sign in the lobby.
   NOTE: New for 2026 is the Relational Commitments appendix document for the membership agreement linked below.
2. Annual Elder/Pastor Feedback - due February 1st - Open encouragement and feedback for our pastors is welcome year-round. At the start of each year we formally ask for your feedback to encourage our pastors in the areas where they are doing well and also provide areas for them to consider improving. Please complete the pastor feedback survey for the elders here. Optionally, you may contact them directly with your feedback using the phone numbers listed below.
   NOTE: For 2026 in the interest of brevity this form has been simplified to cover all elders with fewer questions.
