Operation Christmas Child needs your help during National Collection Week, Monday, November 18 through Monday, November 25. This is the time where we collect packed shoebox gifts from individuals, families, churches, and community groups. We need people each of the 8 days of National Collection Week to greet, pray with people, unload shoeboxes from vehicles, pack the shoeboxes into the larger cartons, and to help load those cartons onto semi-trailers. We can find a specific job for you to fit your personality and skills. Please see Jeff or Lael with any questions. If you can volunteer, please sign up on the sheet in the narthex at the high table. We will need the most help during the last 2 days, Sunday, November 24 and Monday, November 25.

These are the times that our church will be open to the public for the collection of shoeboxes:
Monday, November 18            2pm - 6pm

Tuesday, November 19            2pm - 5pm

Wednesday, November 20      3pm - 6pm

Thursday, November 21          2pm - 5pm

Friday, November 22               3pm - 6pm

Saturday, November 23        10am - 1pm

Sunday, November 24             1pm - 6pm

Monday, November 25          10am - 4pm

Note: Men, we will especially need strong arms and backs to help move the cartons to the semi-trucks during the following times:

       Wednesday, November 20 from     5pm - 6pm

       Friday, November 22 from               5pm - 6pm

       Saturday. November 23 from        10am - 1pm

       Sunday, November 24 from            1pm - 6pm

Monday, November 25 from           3pm - until we're all done! (probably at least until 8pm)

Please let Jeff or Lael know if you are available to help at any of these times.
