Membership 2025

Hello New Song,

As we begin the year 2025 the elders/pastors invite your input on these two items and ask that they be completed by the dates listed below:

1. Annual Membership - due February 2nd - If you would like to be a member of New Song, we require you to make that commitment each year. For more information please read the Membership Matters booklet (download here) and then complete the membership form here. Optionally, you may print and sign the last page and then return it to one of the elders in person on Sunday morning. Copies of the last page are also available to sign in the lobby.
2. Annual Elder/Pastor Feedback - due February 2nd - Open encouragement and feedback for our pastors is welcome year-round. At the start of each year we formally ask for your feedback to encourage our pastors in the areas where they are doing well and also provide areas for them to consider improving. Please complete the pastor feedback survey for each elder here. (NOTE: You will do this four times: once for each elder.) Optionally, you may contact them directly with your feedback using the phone numbers listed below.
